Withdrawal notice and model form

This notice concerns the described consumer contracts for MeinFinanzverwalter licences associated with the offers on wernerr.de and meinfinanzverwalter.de.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform Rüdiger Werner (postal address shown below), email , telephone , of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model form below, but this is not obligatory. It is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs except additional costs resulting from a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision. We use the same means of payment as the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise, without any reimbursement fees.

Digital content

For paid digital content supplied without a physical medium, the withdrawal right ends early only if performance has begun, you have previously given express consent to early performance and acknowledged the resulting loss of your withdrawal right, and we have provided the required contract confirmation. These declarations are voluntary and separate from agreement to the contract terms. Without them, delivery takes place only after the statutory withdrawal period has ended and payment has been received. Trying the software or reading this page does not replace these declarations.
